Some people once complained about how I led an Alpha group in our church. Basically their beef was when people asked hard questions I didn’t always give answers but worse than that when they shared “wrong ideas ” about God I didn’t correct them. Instead I gave them space to share and asked others what they thought. But worst of all I didn’t back up the Christians in the group who gave the “right answers”. I was a bad leader. One question that came up regularly asked how God could allow so much evil in the world and, despite being all powerful, He does nothing to stop it.
